Private Yoga Instruction:
I come to you, you come to me...whichever best fits your lifestyle. I
customize sessions to meet your personal goals and needs. The benefits
of one-on-one practice are numerous--from permitting you to deepen an
already existing personal practice or to help you begin a yoga practice
by building a strong foundation. Classes are a wonderful support for
the individual work we will be doing. You may notice you grow more
rapidly in the one-on-one work, enabling you to flow into classes more
readily and safely. The beauty of home practice is the rhythmic way in
which you get to explore asana and carve out sacred space for personal
practice in your sanctuary that is home.

heart Annie's class!!! Maybe it's because I'm certified to teach yoga
as well, maybe its because yoga is so very dear to me (or maybe it's
just because I'm picky!) but Annie's class strikes just the right
chord. Finding just the right balance between poses, timing, and tone;
I feel able to let go of everything but the practice of yoga under her
